All of our food wa cold. From french fries, to bacon chicken Swiss, to the road beef sandwich. We waited almost 20 minutes because we dined in the store. Good news is their drive through times seemed really fast. We will choose another Arby's next time Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner 5 months ago

We know you came for the meats, not the wait. We’re sorry our speed was off during your visit. This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We want to get you back to your favorites faster, and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We look forward to providing a proper Arby's experience for you on your next visit.

We’re at fast food place this place is pretty good. Food is decent. But the service was great. Everyone working in the back was super helpful super nice and super pleasant even during lunch rush. I just wanted to take some time and send a shout out to the crew that was working yesterday’s lunch rush because they handled it great Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We have an incredible team! Big shoutout to our crew for being on point, even through the lunch rush. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to the staff at this location—they’ll be happy to hear they made your day, Jessica.

Better than expected. I got the Meat and 3 meal. The apple pie egg roll was really good, and there was a good portion of roast beef on my French dip sandwich. Meal was $11 a pretty good deal Food: 4 Service: 3

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Bobby! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the apple pie egg roll and the generous portion of Roast Beef on your French Dip. We aim to deliver great value with every meal. Let us know how we can earn that final star next time!
