Karla M. Seem to be in a rush and made it very hostile when I asked questions and clarification on my order to ensure the accuracy of my order after they repeatedly made mistakes of what I ordered through the intercom she made it known she was frustrated and was not happy with me by huffing and puffing “ Ugh OH MY GOD” when I said, why did you charge me for two sauces? I only asked for one extra I did not even receive the extra sauce that I ordered. I understand that you guys are busy or understaffed, but that does not mean you need to be rude and act like a child when you were representing your store, if you don’t wanna have interactions with customers, maybe you should go work somewhere where you don’t have to. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A busy shift is no excuse for being rude to a guest. If the intercom order was already acting up, the team should have been more focused on accuracy and not shown frustration, Will. We hate to hear that you were met with such an unprofessional attitude at the window. We’ll be checking in with this shop to ensure the staff understands that respectful communication is a basic requirement of the job.

I would give this place a zero star in 2 days I had one order screwed up and just yesterday I tried to eat my sandwiches and they were so dry and nasty I couldn't eat them. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang and I love 30 minutes away. My advise if you want Arby's travel a little farther because they won't do anything about my order and are just nasty when you tell them their food was crap. Far from recommendation from me will never go here again!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
