edit: did give them another chance as requested. I'm a nice guy. Got dill soup for brisket sandwich. lowering the service review. They also fail at basic food quality. Sad state of things. Years ago they had food it was worth going Arby's for. Periodically they say that they brought that thing back but it's never the same. So clearly they know what is that we want and they also know that they're incapable of actually delivering it. Take that as you will. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The drive through employee was rude and unprofessional. The food was as we ordered but the service was terrible. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Getting the right order doesn't make up for a terrible attitude at the window, Amy. Professionalism is a baseline requirement, and no one should have their day dampened by a rude interaction. We are addressing this directly with the drive-thru management to ensure our team handles every guest with courtesy.

Didn't include my 8pc jalapeno bites and did my order totally wrong. One of my burgers was supposed to have the jalapeno bites as a side, and then a small curly fry side. Instead I got a large curly fry I didn't ask for, and charged for the full price of the jalapeno bites instead of the side upcharge. Just can't be risking not getting what I paid for anymore, and this isn't my only time having this issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We take billing concerns very seriously and want to make sure your order is handled correctly. We’re sorry for the confusion and the mistakes in the food preparation of the meals you ordered, Michael. We’ll be sharing this with the appropriate team to ensure it’s addressed.
