Have you noticed that when you order a roast beef with cheddar they give you like a teaspoon of cheddar on a roast beef now for the amount of increase for their products and then try to charge you extra if you ask him for the correct amount of cheese. I will not eat there anymore in fact most of the fast food restaurants in Hartwell Georgia tries to beat you on your products. If people would just stop eating out there for a month the owners would start treating you right this country is so stupid Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner 4 months ago

We understand your frustration with rising prices and shrinking sandwich portions, Edward. You shouldn't have to pay extra for a properly made Beef 'n Cheddar. We're addressing these portion and value concerns with the appropriate team to ensure guests receive what they pay for.

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your order, Bart. We’re sorry for the mix-up, and will use your comments to continue improving.
