Drive through employee was very blunt and definitely didn't want to be working. Mozzarella sticks had to have been sitting under a warmer for 20-30 minutes, breading was mushy.

Biting into a mushy, stale mozzarella stick after dealing with a completely blunt drive-thru employee is a massive disappointment, Michael. We want our cheese snacks crispy and our hospitality warm, not the exact opposite. The management team is stepping in immediately to refresh our warming timelines and get the staff's energy back to where it belongs.
