I went here on June 6, 2026 and placed a mobile order. When I arrived at the store, it was not what I wanted so I asked for the order to be canceled. I was told it would be. I never received a refund or cancelation and when I reach out to the store, they tell me that the app is ran by a third-party company and that they can’t cancel orders or do refunds. It shows I picked up the order. I have filed multiple claims with Arby’s and haven’t received a refund and lost a $3 off coupon. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

Way more respectful than BK! They were ready and present to serve and even more upbeat and servicing. I’m not a fan of the food because it was too meaty, but if a lot of meat is your style then that’s the place for you. but the customer service was top notch. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
