I ordered the Cheesesteak, curly fries and a coke zero on the app. When I made it to the drive thru they said they didn't have the bun for the Cheesesteak, didn't have any fries and didn't have coke zero. She said she could put the Cheesesteak on a burger bun. So I paid over $13 for a small portion of Cheesesteak on a burger bun, no side what so ever and a large mellow yellow. I love Arby's but I'll never order from the one in jesup ever again. Food: 1 Service: 2

Paying over $13 for a modified cheesesteak with zero sides and a substituted drink is completely unacceptable, C. We are incredibly sorry for this absolute breakdown in service and inventory management at our Jesup location. I forgot my card and Elizabeth who was working the drive thru window let me cash app her and paid so that I wouldnt have to drive all the way back to my house and back again, that is great customer service, thank you so much! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped by the drive-thru today (7/3 at 4:45 PM), and Elizabeth at the window was fantastic. She had a wonderful attitude and provided top-tier customer service. Our food came out hot, fresh, and completely accurate. Best of all, we didn't have to pull forward to wait for our food—which is a huge change from past visits! It is great to see this Arby’s making positive changes. Food: 5 Service: 5
