Losing your business because our drive-thru staff completely forgot basic decency is a major wake-up call for our team. You deserve great energy and respect whenever you pull up to our window, not the worst customer service experience you've ever had, Scarlet. We are huddling up with the staff to ensure our hospitality is consistently sharp and welcoming from here on out.
