pulled up and requested fresh food. pulled off made it to walmart the food was not hot or warm one but. i pulled back and requested a refunded and was told the manager said they can no longer issue refunds. they refused to give me a refund for lack of them providing fresh food and it literally was returned within 3 minutes Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

The manager who waited on me was very friendly and respectful. The food came out quickly and was made with care. I have been to other Arby's, and they slap it together. I ate in, and the place was very clean. I accidentally spilled some pop by the machine. I let them know about it, and they came right out and cleaned it up, and you would never know I spilled it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every time I order off the app and pick it up through drive thru the bag is not sealed with a tamper seal or the shake does t have the tamper sticker over open holes Service: 1
