Sandwich looks wonderful in pictures. That's the cheesecake sub but when you get it they just sloped it all together and I'm really tired of not having my full menu. I'm not going to keep calling them cuz it doesn't do any good Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Arby's is all about high-quality, hot meats, and it sounds like we failed you. We’re sorry your cheesesteak didn't meet your expectations, Linda. We'll be sure to review this with our team.

Five stars for food may sound outrageous for an Arby's, but I always know the quality I'll get. Service was a little slow, but otherwise exactly what I expect. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
