Pulled up to ordering board. Was told just a minute. 10 minutes after customer at window pulled away no one had came back to take my order so I left. Figured they were not interested in my business. Meal type: Other Service: 1

Drive thru older lady was really rude. We went there at 9:10pm 4/25 and apparently they stopped all promotions, not sure why. We were the only ones in the drive thru but the lady was somehow aggravated that we were taking longer to order. I was about to leave the restaurant but kids still wanted to eat. This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our drive-thru team missed the mark on hospitality, Gorbun. We'll review it to ensure we're providing the experience you expect.

The restaurant was clean and beautiful, as one would expect from an Arby's in Lincoln, Nebraska. I attempted to make small talk with the young woman at the register about the discontinued Big Montana. She informed me that she was born in 2008. I felt like PVT Ryan at the end of the movie when he changed from Matt Damon into Old Man Damon - but also MAJ Toht in Raiders of the Lost Arc when his face melted off. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We appreciate your kind words, Jacob Nagel. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We can’t wait to welcome you back.
