The one working the counter Madeline shouldn't be working the counter. She wasnt instead in helping when questions was asked. Lemonade wasnt working i asked she gave me no help. She wasnt customer friendly at all. She was more concerned with the nose rings and everything else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Dietary restrictions: Zero sugar items out

A broken lemonade machine is annoying enough, but getting ignored by the counter staff makes a bad visit even worse. Our teams are supposed to bring a welcoming energy to the register, Dave, not a total lack of interest in helping our guests. We are checking in with the management team at this location to ensure our crew focuses on real hospitality.

the girl taking the order was monotoned and didn't even tell me the price or read my order back. she also missed part of my order. we get home with our food, i take 2 bites of my sandwich ((roast beef.)) i get a mouth full of flour. the whole bottom of my sandwich covered in caked flour, which I'm only guessing is the breading to some chicken before it was fried. i swear to god i have pictures if i get sick from this i will be suing you for cross contamination. there was no one even there and one person in the line ahead of me. there was no reason not to take time, there was no rush. this is carelessness, and lack of management. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

A little pricey, but that has always been. Although the customer service was excellent, I will pay the few extra dollars to stay away from McDonald's. Arby's did a good job, the ChordonBlue is very good vert my wife liked her roast beef sandwich. We ordered out but we watched inside and the employees did a very nice job. The restaurant is working really hard to keep up business competing with the the other businesses surrounding them, it is the oldest restaurant in that area.
