Also had to wait and be pulled forwards. I had to wait 10 mins at the speaker just to order and then they made me pull forward.

We know your time is valuable, and sitting at a silent speaker box for ten minutes is a terrible way to start a drive-thru run. Our goal is to serve up fast-crafted food, Brooke, not trap you in a slow lane only to park your car for another wait. We are addressing this lack of urgency and poor pacing with the local management right away.

You will have to Wait 10 to 15 minutes before they even take your order then wait another 5 to 10 minutes maybe 15 for them to give you your food the service here sucks people are coming on their lunch. They do not want to spend an hour lunch in a waiting line to get service Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Arby's is not fast food, and I was under that impression. I always try to order the bread and butter of a business when I'm in a hurry. From the time I paid to the time I received my food was 13 minutes. What did I order? Roast beef sandwich and fries. The literal bread and butter of this business. These places need training for employees to give a chit. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
