The owner was extremely rude and yelled at the worker about how I can't have sauce for free. I gladly paid for the BBQ. Then it wasn't even in my bag. So rude! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Sauce is essential to the experience, Caitlin. This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality. We'll review it to ensure we're providing the experience you expect.
