Julian was awesome..i meantioned that the last time my beef n cheddar was cold but Adrian assured me that he wud personally make sure the food was hot. So hot i had to blow on the beef n cheddar ... anyway i will be back. But only if Adrian or someone he trained to always be so polite like himmself, So not irrited with me meantioning a previous dissaster (cold beef n cheddar) and he so attentive that i felt like wow huh this is CUSTOMER SERVICE ..this is my new hangout when im in need of a HOT BEEF N CHEDDAR !! Thankyou Arby's and thankyou Adrian for actually caring about my food and being so very mindful and observant of my needs...im blown away.. Price per person: $1–10

My husband and I ordered here for the first time together at this location. My order unfortunately got mixed up and I didn’t realize it until I drove 20 mins home. We drove back and the 2 guys were completely respectful and apologetic. We were so grateful they were willing to make things right. I’m not sure what their names are but both are super tall . The food was delicious when we got home the 2nd time. I truly enjoy doing business with places that genuinely respect their customers. Kudos to the 2 gentlemen. It was a honest mistake that was fixed in a respectful manner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
