We were sitting in drive through and we clarified 4 times that we wanted cheddar cheese added to our sliders, we didn’t get cheddar cheese on them. She didn’t add the drink onto the order and we had to tell her at the window again that we wanted a drink. She was very oblivious and can tell she doesn’t have either enough training or she just didn’t care. Overall crappy experience and left disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly huge bummer. I have found other Arby’s locations to have good quality food. I ordered two honey mustard chicken wraps. They were ice cold and both were moldy. Each had several spots of mold all over the wrap. Super gross and disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1

This is the worst food I have ever got at an Arby's. Both fries we over cooked. Crunchy to the point of being uneatable. Chicken Cordon Bleu was also so overcooked it wasn't good. The new meat bite things were cold. We ordered Turnover that we didn't get because they were out (they did credit us) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
