Went thru the drive thru headed back to Mississippi... I don't recall ever going to this particular Arby's. Wanted to give props to the lady at the drive thru that day. Lovely! Friendly personable...service with a smile. Thank you! The sandwich was fresh and hot too! Perfect driving snack.

Shift Saturday, June 13th, no one answered the drive through. I was there 15 minutes prior to closing. I hope a manager or leadership reads his comment and see who was at work. There were 4 cars in the parking lot they weren't choice, deaf. Did you do what they wanna do

Sent me cold food through door dash with no sauces. Arby’s roast beef is crap without the sauce. Chicken was clearly cooked this morning and was sitting in a container all day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
