Worst Arby’s I have been to. No ice, no Dr Pepper, coke is flat and nasty. Gave Arby’s sauce but it wasn’t Arby’s sauce and I poured it on my sandwich. Same color as Arby’s. Ask to replace my sandwich, lady was rude but I got another one. Ask for Arby’s sauce. Of course out of it too. All my food and money went in the trash. Very disappointed Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

An Arby's run shouldn't end with your entire order in the garbage because the store ran out of basic necessities like ice, Dr Pepper, and actual Arby's sauce, Teresa. Ruining your sandwich with a lookalike sauce and then giving you attitude for wanting a replacement shows a massive failure in both quality and hospitality. We are sending this note straight to the store leadership team so they can get their inventory back in stock and retrain the crew on basic courtesy.

I recently learned of the Meat & 3 boxes so I went today to pick one up for lunch. The team was short staffed so I went inside to order. The item I wanted was no longer available, but the ladies did their absolute best to make sure that I left satisfied...and I did! Tina and Crystal are rare employees. They are friendly, polite, and very customer-service oriented! Even if I didn't want Arby's, I'd gladly choose this establishment for the customer service alone. I'll be back again and I hope that Tina and Crystal are there to serve me with another round of smiles! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
