Can’t even get an order with 3 items right. Ordered mozzarella sticks but did not get mozzarella sticks. That’s a great business model and I’m sure increases profit tremendously. Food: 1 Service: 1

Messing up a simple three-item order and leaving out the mozzarella sticks is a major disappointment. Seems like this Arby's is under new management, at least at night! Came here multiple times in the past and lights were off & closed or when they were open the old manager was rude, food was old and stale and very displeasing. NOW they're actually open, food is HOT and FRESH, not just sitting under a warmer for hours, service was great, staff was friendly and happy to help customers!!! I greatly encourage anybody who has had a bad experience here in the past to give this location another try!!!! After eating update, all the food was hot, fresh, the buns were soft and not stale, the meat was actually juicy and not dry! The mozzarella sticks were actually fresh, not old and stale and hard! Fries were fresh as well! All around great expirence, will be getting food from here again in the future! This is the kind of service I remember providing to people when I worked at Arby's almost 10 years ago when I was 18! Thank you for the great turn around, much respect!
