We were about 12 hours into a 14 hour drive that was supposed to be a 10 hour drive total and the kids wanted mozzarella sticks. We pulled into the Peru Arby’s and doing our best to just get the food and get going. The lady Amber in the window just started talking to us. Like she knew us. She was so nice and friendly. Talked to the kids so they got to get their talking out while we waited for the food. She was so nice and polite that I left and me and my wife talked about how awesome of an experience it was. Peru is a cute little town and we will be stopping in Peru again. And we will stop by and see if Amber is working again to say hi. If there was a way to do more than 5 stars I would. And p.s the kids loved the sticks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got to Arby's lobby at 10:50pm on Friday night and got my food before 11pm and was going to dine in and was told I couldn't eat inside cuz the lobby closes at 11pm. Then the coupon I had wasn't accepted at that Arby's. I've never had problems at any other Arby's with the coupons I get in the mail. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

"Open until 11:00 PM" should mean exactly that—including the right to sit down and enjoy your meal. Turning you away while the lights are still on is a major miss, Richard, and the coupon issue only makes it worse.
