Dan the manager is a complete jerk, didnt take care of problem and hung up on me while trying to fix problems. I Will never go back nothing but problems every time I go!!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner 3 months ago

You should never have to deal with a hostile manager who hangs up on you instead of resolving a store error, Randy. If a leader cannot handle customer complaints with professionalism, they have no business running our restaurants. We are holding this store's leadership group accountable to address this manager's attitude immediately.

Cleaner store and more employees that need and want a job will boost their rates. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner 3 months ago

There is nothing more important than pulling into a restaurant that is well-maintained and powered by a crew that genuinely wants to be there. Your insight on how staffing levels and a spotless environment drive our success hits the nail right on the head, Marty. We are passing this straight to the local management as they work on boosting our local operations.

Arby's is always good. A bit more expensive than the last time I was here. But that's the economy. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner 4 months ago

The economy is a beast, but the meats are a necessity. Glad we could deliver the quality you expect every time you walk through the doors. We'll keep the standards high for your next visit, Matt.
