I could have sworn that there were rules at drive-thru's about time limits...can I assume that they are still in place but being broken because at least every other time I visit the prypr location I have to pull up and wait. I am pretty sure that this shouldn't be happening and it is probably keeping reports from going up that would get people into trouble, but also get more help that the location obviously needs. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Went by Arby's on Friday at around 10:00pm and was very disappointed with my order. The barbeque brisket sandwich had no barbeque sauce and meat was dry and not fresh. French fries were cold and hard. The Beef and cheddar had no cheese on it. The cheddar Mac and cheese was dry and not fresh. All the sandwiches seemed like they didn't have much meat on them. About the only decent thing was the French dip sandwich. The day I went was Friday April 24th and was completely dissatisfied. Oh, and I had to go inside to get the dip sauce for the French dip sandwich and a spoon for Mac and cheese, as I had went through the drive thru. Do better. Thanks.

Jerry is SUPER nice! He does an AMAZING job at the window/register. But whoever was on the kitchen making the food is skimpy on meat n cheese sauce....basically ate just bread! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Roast Beef
