Ask for sauce and they give me 2. Ask for a refund and they say they will not give a refund. I highly recommend anyone to please go to this location and witness for youself. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service was horrible, I waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes before they took my order, even though I had ordered it online, then get to the window they tell me that they have no Arby's Sauce, I asked for a refund and she said they have nothing to do with the online orders, and told me to go kick rocks!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
