I frequent here a couple nights a week lately. To get my son a shake and sandwich. Every night that I have gone in the last couple weeks (3x) the girl working drive through is insufferable. Extremely rude to everyone. She yelled at me on intercom and over spoke because she was being extremely rude to me while I was ordering and I calmly said “ it’s okay I’m gonna go somewhere else because you have a really bad attitude “ then proceeds to yell and scream into the intercom and act like a crazy person. The times before I went and she was rude I was still very calm and nice. But she needs to seriously find another job. If you hate your job that much then leave. I’ve heard from multiple people about her attitude as well. I really hope the owner sees this. She was working tonight at 1030 pm. 5-21-26. I will definitely be contacting the district manager who I know. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Both burgers were big and hot. All employees were helpful and hustling with the busy time of day.except one, who seemed like a vagrant as he shuffled his feet through the lobby talking too much and unnecessarily loud about his stuff. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Half Pound Roast Beef, Classic Roast Beef, Smokehouse Brisket, Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich

I usually order via Uber but I wanted to come on here and review because I w gotten food from this specific Arby's for years now and I'm ALWAYS satisfied there's been issues like missing cheese cups or drinks and occasionally the bronco berry sauce won't be there and it makes me want to cry but typically everything is perfect my meal last night was just as great as always! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Recommended dishes: Jamocha Shake, Potato Cakes, Reuben, Classic Beef 'N Cheddar Sandwich Small Meal, Jalapeno Bites
