They moved very quickly and was very polite the manager on shifts rocks(with locs) thank you guys keep it up Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I haven’t had Arby’s in years and was super excited to go get it this afternoon because I was craving it and I pulled up to the drive-through and no one else was in the drive-through and as soon as I pulled up, the lady on the intercom told me to wait a minute. I waited a minute and then drove around the building and saw three vehicles sitting on the backside of the building all waiting for food. I drove back around the drive-through and said to myself I’ll give it a second chance the guy talking on the drive-through intercom this time was not very fluid with conversation and I pulled around back the cars that I saw behind the building a few moments before we’re still sitting there. It’s too bad because I really wanted Arby’s, but I’m not gonna put up with terrible service, especially when they are not busy at all. Needless to say I left. I didn’t even get food. Waste of my time a gas to attempt to order. Probably will be years if I ever eat Arby’s again but definitely not this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stepping away for years only to be met with a backed-up parking lot and clunky service is a massive disappointment, Avery. We want our legendary sandwiches to be worth the trip, but this location completely dropped the ball on efficiency. We are addressing this shift's operations with the local team to ensure we are actually fast for our guests.
