I’ve eaten at multiple Arby’s restaurants on both the east and west coast, but this one must have a 12 year old hobbit cooking all the food in a cast iron witches kettle. How the hell do you get crinkle fries to look like tempura bat tails? Guess they figured throwing in an additional dry roast beef sandwich on the house (which I wouldn’t have ordered if my remaining knee cartilage depended on it) would make up for the sheer lack of pride in the product they’re serving. At least the cheesesteak seemed like steak. Maybe the new management needs new management, but something’s gotta change with this place. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and travel all the way from Northern California to Reno for my doctor’s appointments. One of my biggest pregnancy cravings has been Arby’s, and unfortunately we don’t have one in my small town. After weeks of craving it, I finally got the chance to stop by, and Geneva absolutely made my day! She was so kind, welcoming, and provided amazing customer service. It’s the little things that make a difference, especially during pregnancy, and her positive attitude truly brightened my day. My food was great, and the service was even better.
