The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is terrific. If you want to enjoy cool service, you should visit Arby's Restaurant. As a number of visitors notice, the atmosphere is homey. But most people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Stopped for one of their $14 "burger" meals Saturday night. Ordered it just like it came, add mayo....got my order....went home....opened the burger....there was a bun, mayo, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, the works....but NO PATTY highly upset they charged me $14 for some bread and veggies. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Oh its vegetarian all right! No patty on the burgers?! "We have the meats?" YEAH RIGHT!

I stop at this location several times a week around 10:30- 11pm when I get off from work their outside lights are never on it building is made to look like it’s closed. I went through the drive thru ordered my food and order the XL meal. Was told I would have to wait 5mins on fries. That was ok. Well when I got the fries my container literally had 10 fries in it. No marinara for my cheese sticks that I asked for. And my double roast beef was made with an onion bun for a beef and cheddar instead of the sesame seed bun. They still had a hour to close I don’t understand why they couldn’t make the food right when there was only myself and one other car in the drive thru. I just don’t understand why your open until 12 if your going to make the building look like your closed so you don’t get customers and why the food can’t be made correctly! Food: 1 Service: 1

Headed in to Sevierville with friends and decided to stop by here real quick. Well it wasn't very quick. We had our order take. And 15 minutes later, we were still waiting. People dining in got their food and finished eating before we got ours and left. Those three customers were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was decent, curly fries were not fresh. I wouldn't go here again considering all the other local options. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
