I went around the drive-thru this afternoon and when I pulled up to the window I asked if there was Arby’s sauce in the bag(last time it wasn’t and I did not say anything) the lady handed me the bag and rudely said you can check the bag. She had a bad attitude. Usually the staff is so nice and friendly not this time—on a good note the food was good as always Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality today, Jessica. We'll review this to ensure we're providing the experience you expect.

It’s a major disappointment when you have your heart set on a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and we’re out. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, Jordan. We look forward to serving you again soon.
