Ordered through Door Dash and the store sent him off with the wrong order even after he told them he didn’t think that was the right order. They told him that’s their only online order and sent him on his way. Dashers now on his way back. Tried calling the store and got a message saying there’s no one there to answer my call and hung up. Terribly run business.Oh and I called the store to let them know the Dasher was coming back but all I got as a recording saying there’s no one there to take the call and hangs up. Super frustrating moreso because I’m HANGRY. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

Dealing with a wrong order when you are already hungry is bad enough, but having our team brush off the Dasher and refuse to answer the phone makes it so much worse, AMarie. We are contacting this location's leadership team immediately to address this lazy order verification and fix their non-responsive phone lines. You deserve a complete, accurate meal without the delivery runaround or being ghosted by the store.

I haven't been in an Arby's in years. I was very surprised at the extensive menu. Food was good. Atmosphere was a bit glumm, but it seems that way in most take out places lately. No one goes inside anymore. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered through the app and went in to pick it up. Everything went pretty smoothly. I had to wait a few minutes but I ordered from the parking lot so I expected to. Everybody was friendly enough. My only complaint was the lack of care when building my sandwich. I got home and basically tore down and rebuilt my Reuben sandwich. All the ingredients were just piled up on the middle of the bread and only halfway cut it half. $8+. Whatever. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
