Friday 7:30pm. Service slow. Employees unfriendly. Sandwich was pretty warm. Everything else, cheese sticks and potato cakes cold and stale and tasted like they had been made earlier that day. Had not been to Arby’s in years and decided to try it again. Food has a great taste but never served hot and fresh. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went for lunch for my family today. Service was ok. Went through drive thru. However, the quality of the food was not at all acceptable! Seriously. Was eager to have the potato cakes since they used to be our favorite. The oil that they were cooked in definitely needs to be changed, or at the very least filtered! This particular Arby's is next to a Chic Fil A. Their drive thru is ALWAYS packed, but this particular ARBY'S rarely has any cars, if any at all. I just thought it was because CFA is consistently on point. Nope. This Arby's is just not serving food that can command the rather sky high prices they charge. Do better, Arby's #07867!!!! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
