I usually like this Arby's, but they are the sloooooowest. I like their food, but I wait maybe 20-30 minutes every time I am in the drive thru. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner 3 months ago

We love knowing that you are a fan of our food, but a 20-to-30-minute wait in the drive-thru every single time you visit is completely unacceptable, Hannah. We will address this drive-thru bottleneck with our local management team immediately to get our kitchen hustle and window speed back to the fast, efficient level you deserve as a regular guest.
