DONT DO IT!!! I have sat in this drive thru for 15 minutes. Ordered ahead on the app and STILL don’t have my food! The lady in front of me that CLEARLY ordered a LARGE amount of food should have been made to PULL UP AND MADE TO WAIT!! THEN I was handed cold food and a MELTED milkshake! THEN I’m wrong for asking it to be remade. AND this is supposed to be CHOCOLATE! OUT of Arby’s sauce? UNREAL! I pulled in at 630 PM and FINALLY left at 6:51! WHY is it thay EVERY place is like this now? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
