Drive thru. Food was fast but very cold. Never had cold food from Arbys before. Disappointing!! Meal type: Other

It is a huge letdown to get your food fast only to find out it is completely cold, Candice. We are glad this hasn't happened to you before, but speed should never come at the expense of proper food temperature. We are addressing this with the kitchen line to ensure our meats stay piping hot.

Staff named Johnette was the most amazing person to have made my sandwich. Hands down Arby's Barbie Bomb shell. The experience was delightful because of her charming personality.
