Didn't get what I ordered. Food wasn't prepared properly. Took forever because it was "shift change". Food: 1 Service: 1

Using a shift change as an excuse for long waits, wrong orders, and poorly prepared food is completely unacceptable, Chuck. A transition between staff should never impact the quality or speed of your meal. Pulled into this Arby’s at 9:20 and they said they had put everything away and couldn’t make anything. Sign on the window says 10. Guy was rude and refused service Service: 1

The most rancid fast food I ever had. Horrible display of professionalism among the employees too. They said they had sonething ready when we added an item. Took 7 minutes. Overpriced too. The regular Arby's roast beef looked like it was run over by a car. Horrible experience! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
