Went to Arby’s last night with a friend and the service exceeded just acceptable. Even though the employees were working a later shift they treated my cousin and I with kindness. Alex (Chihuahua) stuck out in the way she attended to us, but all around the staff was wonderfu. Though I can’t speak for other Arby’s locations, Franklin Ohio Arby’s definitely is one I will support. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Been here several times, regret everytime I've been there. Either my order is wrong or I have bubble guts after eating here. And what's up with the curly fries. Seems you get a few good pieces and the majority are inch long gnarled hard crispy pieces. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I love Arby's in this location is clean but the way in the Drive-Thru was incredibly long but in all honesty a lot of Arby's take a minute but the food was great! I love the $7 box with peach cobbler turnover delicious Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
