Lobby and bathroom were very clean. Service was excellent and welcoming. Unfortunately, fast good isn't as tasty as it used to be. The roast beef sandwich and potato cakes were good, but not spectacular. Kudos to the staff! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered the meat and 3 box with a crispy chicken sandwich and ADDED onions and pickles to the sandwich The fries were cold, the chicken sandwich was hard, dry, and they did not put lettuce or tomatoes on it. The sandwich had only pickles and onions. The meat was really thin (see pic). Did not enjoy the meal. Food: 1

Placed a pickup order through the app and got an Italian beef. I've bought it from a different Arby's and loved it. This place barely put any meat on it. It's so frustrating getting home after working 12 hrs to get a sandwich that is pitiful. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1
