Arby's is distinguished by exterior and interior

Arby's provides a variety of sweet dishes

Arby's’s burgers will suit a variety of tastes

You will enjoy its food, especially tasty beef dip, potato cakes and gyros. At this place people can delve deep into delicious dishes, and try good biscuits. At this fast food, you can order food as a takeout. From the guests' point of view, the staff is inattentive here. Unprofessional service is something that visitors don't like at Arby's. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. The enjoyable atmosphere has been highlighed by the clients. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

We arrived before noon and ordered 2 reubens. Every table was dirty so wiped one off before sitting down. Had to go back to counter after several minutes to find out where our order was because name wasn't called. She quit taking new orders to get our food. Got 2 sandwiches that weren't grilled, cold bread, meat, sauerkraut and cheese and no thousand island dressing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We are known for our bold sandwiches, but serving cold Reubens on ungrilled bread in a messy dining room is definitely not how we do things. You deserved a seamless lunch with great food, D, and we clearly fumbled the ball during your visit. We're going to use your feedback to get our team back on track.

This Arby's is terrible I put my door dash pick up order in 15 minutes before arriving, got to the windows show my order they then pull me up behind another customer to wait he pulled away about 5 minutes later after getting his food, I then pulled forward as instructed at the window, then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes while all the cars behind me were handled before they came out to give me my food. The bags were sealed as they should have been however they literally only packed half the food so upon arriving home to my family for dinner we start to unpack the bags and so my son and daughter didnt get their food at all! I personally only ordered this way because my knee is in a brace right now and im not supposed to be on it to much. That makes this that much worse cause now I have to go back to the store to get the food which is 20 minutes away so cold food for me and nothing for my kids till I get back home if there were a way to leave negative stars I would this Arby's needs a serious overhaul and thats sad to say because its the newest Arby's in Northern Kentucky and youd think they don't have an adult working there period. Hopefully they turn things around but I won't be going back to find out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
