6/2/2026 This is the second time they have been out of roast beef, so ordered a #14 (ham & Swiss) only to wait in line behind two other vehicles 20+ minutes, then get to the window and am told they are now out of ham for my order and would I like to substitute with turkey. This place was going downhill before, but I didn’t think it could get even worse. Workers are friendly and feel bad they are trying to do their best at such a mismanaged place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Being a sandwich shop that runs out of both roast beef and ham is a total disaster, and making you wait 20 minutes in line just to get hit with another substitution is completely unacceptable. It's great that the workers were friendly, but their good attitudes can't make up for a completely broken inventory system, Celia. We're referring this to the appropriate team to fix these supply issues and get this location properly managed.

Went to Arby’s with a friend today. The food was fine but one of the managers was not very professional. The manager in a brown hoodie was taking orders up front. He was asked by his crew to move to a different job. He bragged about being such a good server as he cussed profanities about being under appreciated by his crew. After that he bailed halfway through our order and got a crew member that did the job well. The lobby had a huge puddle by the soda fountain. Tough day at Arby’s I guess. Thought management should know. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Arby's in Wasilla Alaska is a very good fast food experience! If you'd like their roast beef sandwiches and maybe one or two other items like their gyros (no lettuce) and poppers you'll be happy. And that's the thing, as far as many of the new offerings, or this and that that they try, if you like their most famous sandwiches, the roast beef sandwiches, then you will always be happy here. If you do not like those sandwiches I think that there's a lot of potential disappointment. But it's like going to a hot wing place and deciding to buy a chicken sandwich, you will likely be let down. Otherwise it's consistent and always very good to feel that particular Arby's craving I highly recommend. Also the staff are usually very nice which usually means there's probably a nice manager in the mix! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: USD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
