It’s-a Secret 3 months ago on Google

Asked the cashier what’s the difference between the $9 and $13 bowl 4 times he didn’t understand my question kept giving me irrelevant answers. So I said forget it I’ll just take the $9 bowl. He says here you go and it’s the sandwich. Poor customer service if you work for a restaurant taking orders you need to have knowledge what the menu is. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner 3 months ago

We expect our crews to listen carefully and know exactly what they are serving up. Handing you a sandwich when you clearly asked about our bowls shows a major gap in basic training. We are pulling in the appropriate team right away to address this poor customer service and get this team properly aligned.

Comparing our kitchen to a five-star buffet is the ultimate honor when we are serving up the meats, Abigail! We love knowing every single bite hit the absolute sweet spot for you, and we'll keep those high-quality flavors ready for your next craving.
