Haven’t gone here in 3 years since my last review wife picked up food here tonight. Figured it would have gotten better. Left out my wife’s Au Gus for her sandwich, failed to give horsey sauce for my over cooked, dried out beef and cheddar, guy at the window barely acknowledged my wife. Rude, and crappy food. I’m done with the Wilson Arby’s. Sucks because I like Arby’s sandwiches. Oh well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Au Jus Sauce and Horsey Sauce are essential to the experience! We’re sorry we left you and your wife hanging and that the service fell short, Taylor. We'll be using this feedback to help improve moving forward.

Didnt get my coupon price on top of over 10 min wait while nobody there. Food was cold and very sloppy thrown together not even put together. Just a 0 outta 10. First and only time going there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner 3 months ago

We know you came for the meats, not the wait, Megan. We’re sorry our speed was off today and the issues with your order. We want to get you back to your favorites faster, and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed.

this arby's has generally been pretty decent I asked for a few extra "ARBYS SAUCE" and the nice girl SAID the General Manager, she did not know the name, instructed her ONLY2 sauces per sandwich!!! I NEED more SAUCE - my salvia glands got destroyed in neck radiation! I was PISSED! Hey, you GM, order enough of the BASIC NEED items!!!! Don't sacrifice service to your customers! ONE POOR experience and we ALL FLEE! There are a LOT of choices out there these days! surfSalterpath Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
