We arrived at 9:20 AM and found the place still closed. We returned again at 9:45 AM, at which point they had only just opened, despite the official opening time being 9:00 AM. This reflects a clear lack of professionalism and poor service standards. In addition, the employee stated that his delay was due to traffic caused by an accident on the way; however, it appeared that he had actually arrived by metro, which raises further concern regarding the accuracy of the explanation provided. I like Archi a lot, but this particular branch is very slow, 20 minutes minimum for anything food related. Lunch times the wait is even longer. In the mornings, around 9 am, regularly, they can't make a sandwich, even though the opening hour is 8 am. Very unreliable. They need to do better. Meal type: Brunch Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
