The staff were amazing.so was the food and the view. We were lucky to have the best seats in the house, right by the water. Even though we arrived late (due to a transport mixup) they kept our table for us, We had the fish for two dish, absolutely stunning. Thank you Aria, you were amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Aria was an excellent dinner choice in Hvar, there’s a reason it’s a 5 star restaurant. The location was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and the food was delicious from start to finish. We ordered the seafood risotto, mussels, and chicken with gnocchi, and everything was flavorful and well prepared. The seafood dishes were fresh caught and fitting for the setting, and the chicken with gnocchi was comforting and satisfying. It was the kind of dinner where the food, service, and surroundings all worked together to create a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Aria if you’re looking for a beautiful dinner spot in Hvar with great food and a memorable atmosphere. I had the pleasure of dining at Aria Restaurant today and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — they made us feel right at home. We started with the Burrata salad as an appetizer – fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. For the main course, I had octopus and a beautifully prepared fish dish — both were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and elegantly presented. We finished with dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to a flawless meal. The ambiance is lovely, with a relaxing vibe that captures the charm of Hvar.
