The chicken broth was simply brilliant—full of flavour yet beautifully light. I ended up drinking every last drop. It’s served not out of habit or for show, but more as a quiet gesture of generosity. The place only opens for about an hour during the day—hardly what you’d call a business. It’s really a high-end dinner spot, and this lunchtime appearance feels more like a favour than a service. The chicken is fresh and naturally flavorful. Staff are also attentive and nice. They tried to communicate with us (tourists) using gestures and translation apps to explain what we were eating and how to eat it. That was truly heartwarming. The portion sizes left much to be desired, however. There is a payment per person, but it is one pot for the entire party, regardless of party size.
