This is a local Chinese restaurant in Niigata City's Nishi Ward. It's a traditional place with menu boards on the walls and is run by an elderly couple. I ordered the fried rice set. This consists of half a portion of fried rice and ramen. The light ramen broth pairs wonderfully with the thin and wavy noodles, it's absolutely delicious. The fried rice is tasty too. At ¥1,000, I think it's quite a bargain. Parking is available. Cash only. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
