My dessert of poached pears, ice cream and candied walnuts was stunning. The flavour of the ice cream in particular, stood out. What a great creation. I can not wait to come back and try every vegetarian option (unfortunately I restrict myself to that) on the whole menu. The kimchi waffle was very nice too, and showed they think carefully about their dishes. But it was the dessert that really stood out, Michelin star quality. Very good value for money.
