We have been going to Arigatô for years, but I believe that unfortunately this was the last time we visited. 20 minutes to be served by the waiter, another 20 minutes to receive two draft beers and a juice. Buffet completely overturned, dirty and clearly with pieces made a long time ago. Extremely hot beer, with the taste of a barrel that is about to expire. Only one waiter to serve the entire environment and also clean the tables. When it was practically unsustainable, the hoster went to help collect the items left by previous customers. My God, what disregard for the place!
