Chicken katsu sando - .5/5. Decent portion and fast service, although the chicken was more like regular fried chicken (thigh?) than a typical katsu. Was a bit hard to eat due to the salad and sauce falling out. Although it was a “hot” sando it did not give off the impression of a freshly made hot sandwich; instead, the chicken was just warm (prepped then kept in the hot box I assume), salad was cold, bread was toasted but cool. Overall would probably not pay full price for this; more of a quick and convenient workday lunch rather than something to travel for. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in

Seldom do I find myself in the city on a weekday so it was a chance to give Arigato Sandos a try. First off, there were so many options! We went with egg salad and teriyaki chicken for the cold Sandos and the fish katsu for the hot sando. All three were delicious but I was partial to the fish katsu whilst the wife preferred the egg salad. Would definitely visit again in the future to try out more of these delicious sandos.
