Was really excited to eat here after a long day of sightseeing. We skipped lunch so we'd appreciate it even more. I felt let down. The steak egg roll missed the mark. The flavors didn't meld well, and I had the overwhelming taste of blue cheese. Perhaps it was an aged steak taste, but it came off bitter versus savory. The Prickly Pear Margarita was good. Ask for light salt on the rim. Mine was so coated it ruined the drink. The presentation was lovely on my boneless rib dinner, but the potatoes were hard, and the meat was dry and didn't taste as good as I've had elsewhere. My husband enjoyed his Beed Tenderloin and Tortilla soup. The view was so spectacular with a double rainbow that the restaurant staff went out and took photos.
