“Arkaak Café in Rasht acted unprofessionally and rudely. Traditional items like ‘reshteh khoshkar’ and ‘kaka’ were unavailable, so we decided to leave. However, they demanded 100,000 tomans per person as an entrance fee—something they hadn’t mentioned upfront. When questioned, they unapologetically said they didn’t inform us earlier because we might have left.” Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
