Honestly, one of the best meals I've had in Shkodra. Or I should say in Albania. Arkapi isn't just a restaurant, it genuinely feels like being welcomed into someone's home. Stacy and her team were so warm and attentive from the moment we sat down, checking in without ever being pushy. The food was the real surprise. They gently encouraged us to try dishes we wouldn't normally go for, and every single one was worth it! Proper traditional cooking, made with care, not the tourist-menu version. You can tell this place runs on pride, not just business. If you want a meal that actually feels like Albania rather than a photo-op version of it, this is where to go. Can't recommend it enough.
